Zesty Cranberry-Orange Relish

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Cook on low heat 2 minutes or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  3. Place cranberries, orange, sugar and orange zest in electric blender or food processor container; cover.
  4. Blend until coarsely chopped.
  5. With the motor running, gradually add the gelatine mixture through the feed cap, processing until well blended.
  6. Pour into 4-cup mold or bowl; cover.
  7. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold onto serving platter to serve.
