Easy Roasted Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a 10 inch cast iron pan or a 9x13 inch roasting pan.
  3. Toss well to coat.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Use immediately or let cool and store covered in the fridge for 3 days.
