Festive Mini Cheese Mold

  1. Mix 1 pkg.
  2. (250 g) Philadelphia Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese Product and 2 Tbsp.
  3. Kraft Grated Parmesan.
  4. Line a 6-oz.
  5. custard cup or mold with plastic wrap.
  6. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into prepared cup; top with 2 Tbsp.
  7. pesto and the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  8. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  9. Invert cup onto serving plate; remove cup and plastic wrap.
  10. Serve with assorted Christie Crackers.
