Festive Mini Cheese Mold
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese Product
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto
- Mix 1 pkg.
- (250 g) Philadelphia Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese Product and 2 Tbsp.
- Kraft Grated Parmesan.
- Line a 6-oz.
- custard cup or mold with plastic wrap.
- Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into prepared cup; top with 2 Tbsp.
- pesto and the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Invert cup onto serving plate; remove cup and plastic wrap.
- Serve with assorted Christie Crackers.
