Parmesan Pepper-Crusted Burgers

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix cheese and pepper.
  3. Mix about 4 tsp.
  4. with the meat; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  5. Grill 5 min.
  6. on each side.
  7. Top with remaining cheese mixture; grill 2 min.
  8. or until burgers are done (160 degrees F).
  9. Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burgers.
