Cajun Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or possibly to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 x boneless 1/2"-thk center-cut pork chops
- Combine paprika, salt, sage, pepper, garlic pwdr, and cayenne on a plate.
- Coat chops with seasoning mix on both sides.
- Heat butter and oil over high heat in a large skillet till very warm.
- Place chops in skillet, reduce heat to medium and cook 8 to 9 min, turning once halfway through cooking time.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
