Broiled Snapper With Cilantro Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, Melted
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 x 6-8 ounce red snapper fillets, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- 1.
- In blender, combine all sauce ingredients; blend on high speed till well mixed.
- Set aside.

- In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice; mix well.
- Brush butter mix over snapper fillets.
- If you like, sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down.

- Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve cilantro sauce with snapper fillets.
