No-Fuss Crispy Chicken Dinner
- 10 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, finely crushed
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (green pepper strips, match-like carrot sticks, broccoli florets and sliced zucchini), cooked Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- Mix crumbs, cheese and basil on plate.
- Rinse chicken with cold water; gently shake off excess.
- Dip chicken in crumb mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides of each piece; set aside.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides and cooked through (165F).
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Serve with the chicken and vegetables.
