Vegan Chopped Chik'n Salad in a Jar

  1. Cook Quinoa Pilaf.
  2. For the salad, chop all vegetables and chik'n.
  3. Evenly distribute them in layers across 4 jars, in the order listed.
  4. (Chik'n on the bottom, quinoa on the top).
  5. Fill any remaining space at the top of the jars with baby greens.
  6. When ready to eat, drizzle with your favourite dressing and shake the jar.
  7. Pour into a bowl (over more greens if you want to), and enjoy!
