Smothered Chicken
- 10 strips Bacon
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounces, fluid Italian Dressing, Divided
- 2 cups Shredded Colby Cheese
- Cook bacon, drain and set aside.
- In large skillet, saute chicken in 4 ounces of Italian dressing.
- Cook until no longer pink.
- Next, add remaining dressing, cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
- Cook on medium heat until food is completely incorporated and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot!
