Orzo Salad

  2. Prepare 1 whole package of orzo, drain, rinse with water, add olive oil (1-2 tbsp), chill.

  4. Chop red bell pepper, 1/2 bunch to 3/4 bunch of green onions and mix in with orzo (after the pasta has chilled).
  5. 3.
  6. Add 20-25 tbsp of low sodium soy, or until the orzo turns a light brown from the soy sauce.
  7. If using less than a whole package of Orzo halve or quarter the soy.
  8. 4. add the olives and a handful of sunflower seeds.
  9. Serve chilled!
