Creamy Shrimp and Asparagus Ziti
- 2 cups fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Lemon & Herb Cooking Creme
- 2 cups hot cooked ziti pasta
- Cook and stir asparagus in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 4 min.
- Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in cooking creme; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Add pasta; mix lightly.
