Cilantro Ginger Tilapia
- 2 pieces Large Fillets, Of Tilapia
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded
- 3 whole Garlic Cloves
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
- 3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 13 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 whole Scallions, Sliced For Garnish
- 1 pinch Cilantro, Chopped, For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Rinse the fish in cool water and place it on paper towels to dry.
- Then sprinkle both sides lightly with salt and pepper and place in a glass baking dish.
- Add jalapeno, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white wine, sesame oil, and cilantro to food processor and whir until blended.
- Pour sauce over the fish and flip it in the sauce to coat.
- Bake fish for 10-12 minutes (10 for less done, 12 for more done).
- Serve over brown rice and garnish with scallions and cilantro
