  1. Arrange anything you would like for the Japanese sashimi plate.
  2. Dried plum, thick rolled egg, and minced tuna with green onion are some popular toppings.
  3. For the Hawaiian Plate, slice the spam into 1cm wide sticks and fry in a frying pan.
  4. Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise.
  5. Salmon and dry-cured ham are also good.
  6. For the Korean Plate, I used store-bought namul.
  7. The bulgogi sauce was also store-bought, but you could also cook it with sesame oil.
  8. Adding onions is yummy.
