Scalloped Corn
- 2 cups cream-style corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons pimiento
- 34 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- 12 cup cracker crumb, buttered
- Heat corn and milk.
- Stir in egg; then other ingredients; mix well.
- Pour in greased 8-inch dish.
- Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of mixture in dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
