A Moment of Brilliance - Herb Crusted Bacon!
- 1 lb bacon
- cracked pepper
- dried herbs or fresh herb, amount to cover
- Separate your bacon pieces.
- Press the cracked pepper, or fresh, or dried herbs onto either one or both sides of the bacon, using your best judgment on amount depending of strength of the herb flavor you want to achieve for your dish.
- Cook as usual, but do try broiling it!
