Crab Cakes!

  1. Heat baking sheet in a 450 degrees F oven for ten minutes.
  2. Mix everything and form into 12 small patties (or 6 larger ones).
  3. The smaller I make them, the better they stay together.
  4. Spray with cooking spray (olive oil based).
  5. Cook for about thirty minutes or until browned.
  6. Yum!

lump crabmeat, panko crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, chives, dijon mustard, bay seasoning
