Crab Cakes!
- 1 pound Premium Lump Crabmeat (not Immitation)
- 3/4 cups Panko Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Chives Or Green Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- Heat baking sheet in a 450 degrees F oven for ten minutes.
- Mix everything and form into 12 small patties (or 6 larger ones).
- The smaller I make them, the better they stay together.
- Spray with cooking spray (olive oil based).
- Cook for about thirty minutes or until browned.
- Yum!
