Holiday Cheese Ball
- 8 ounces, weight Merktz Cheddar Cheese, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 stick Butter, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion, Top Only
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Black Olives
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- Cream together cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter.
- Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mix to combine.
- Fold in onion and olives.
- Form into a ball (use Saran Wrap or waxed paper) and press on chopped pecans.
- Cover well will Saran Wrap and chill overnight.
