Holiday Cheese Ball

• 8 ounces, weight Merktz Cheddar Cheese, Softened
• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
• 1 stick Butter, Softened
• 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onion, Top Only
• 2 Tablespoons Chopped Black Olives
• 1 cup Chopped Pecans

1. Cream together cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter.
2. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mix to combine.
3. Fold in onion and olives.
4. Form into a ball (use Saran Wrap or waxed paper) and press on chopped pecans.
5. Cover well will Saran Wrap and chill overnight.
