Salmon Miso Yaki (Weight Watcher Friendly - 7 Points)

  1. Prepare the barbecue and oil the grill to mimize sticking.
  2. Gently warm the miso, sugar, mirin, oil and ginger in a saucepan.
  3. Brush salmon on both sides with the mixture.
  4. Place on the hot grill and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
  5. Turn over and cook for a further 4 - 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
