Sirloin Napoletana

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high flame.
  2. Brown the steak strips on both sides.
  3. Remove to a plate when browned.
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan.
  5. When shimmering, add onion and saute until deep golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
  6. Add garlic and saute 1 minute or until fragrant.
  7. Return beef to pan and add remaining ingredients.
  8. Simmer over low heat until beef is cooked through, 10-15 minutes.
