Double-Berry Melon Smiles

  1. Cut melon lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds.
  2. Scoop out melon halves, leaving 1-inch-thick shells.
  3. Chop removed melon; drain well.
  4. Cut thin slice off bottom of each melon half to allow it to stand upright.
  5. Spoon chopped melon and blueberries into melon shells.
  6. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Stir in cold water.
  9. Pour into melon shells.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until gelatin is firm.
  11. Cut into wedges to serve.
