Pineapple Glazed Holiday Ham Recipe

  1. Shake flour in cooking bag.
  2. Place in large roasting pan at least 2 inches deep.
  3. Lightly score surface of ham.
  4. Place ham in bag.
  5. Combine pineapple, jelly, lemon juice, cornstarch and grnd cinnamon in saucepan; stir and cook till cornstarch dissolves.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Simmer 1 minute.
  8. Pour sauce over ham in bag.
  9. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 1/4 hrs.
