Drunken Gouda Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Shredded Gouda
- 1/2 cups Flat Leaf Parsley Chopped Fine
- 2 Tablespoons Whiskey
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon
- 2 pinches Pepper
- 2 pinches Salt
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape into patties.
- Grill over high heat for five minutes on each side or until done.
- Serve on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, and onion for the most delicious burger youve ever tasted!
