PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Amaretto Berry Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add liqueur; mix well.
  4. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Top with berries just before serving.
  10. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
