5-Minute Ribs
- 1 rack Pork Loin Back Ribs (3.5-4 Pound Rack)
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 4 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
- 14- 1/2 ounces, fluid Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1.
- Slice rack of ribs in half.
- Place in a large slow cooker, with the meaty side of ribs facing in and propped up against the crockpot.
- 2.
- Mix spices together in a small bowl.
- Rub them over all sides of the ribs.
- Pour BBQ sauce evenly over ribs.
- 3.
- Place lid on crockpot and turn to low.
- Let ribs cook for 7 hours.
- 4.
- Remove ribs from crockpot and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Pour a bit of the sauce left in the slow cooker over the top of the ribs.
- Broil until the rib tops begin to char, about 10 minutes.
- 5.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
