Golden Ratio Imitation Crabstick Fritters

• 1 bag Imitation crab sticks
• 2 tbsp Cake flour
• 1/3 tsp Baking powder
• 1/3 tsp Dashi stock granules
• 1/2 tsp Cooking sake
• 1 dash Salt and pepper
• 20 ml Water
• 1 Oil for frying

1. Mix the ingredients together to make the batter.
2. Coat the crab sticks evenly with the batter, deep fry in medium temperature oil and it's done.
3. Crab stick and broccoli ten-don style mixed rice.
