Saucy Caesar Chicken Skillet
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
- 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 4 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until each breast is evenly browned on both sides.
- Mix dressing, broth, parsley and basil until blended; pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Add tomatoes and bacon bits; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 4 min.
- or until tomatoes are just tender, stirring occasionally.
