Sour Cream Pie
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream thick
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup raisins, seedless chopped
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, beating until light.
- Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.
- Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake @ 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350F (180C) and continue baking for 20 minutes.
