Sour Cream Pie

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add sugar, beating until light.
  3. Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.
  4. Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  7. Bake @ 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350F (180C) and continue baking for 20 minutes.
