Browned Butter And Herb Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 min, or possibly till the butter turns a nutty brown color.
  2. Be careful-if done too quickly the butter will burn and become bitter.
  3. Add in minced fresh mixed herbs(such as sage, chives, parsley) and stir gently.
  4. Serves 4.
