My Favorite Easy Chicken Tenders
- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 2 whole Limes Or Lemons
- 1/2 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 whole Shallot
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Pickled Pepper Relish
- Salt And Pepper
- Start by salt and peppering the chicken on both sides.
- Then place all the chicken in a large storage bag.
- I simply pour all the ingredients straight into the bag.
- After I squeeze the juice of lemons or limes in I usually leave one half in the bag just for a little extra kick.
- Using the chicken tenders, they really can sit in the marinade for as little as 30 minutes but the longer the better.
- You can cook these in foil packets or a covered pan in the juices for about an hour at 350F.
