Caramel-Marshmallow Treats with Chocolate & Peanuts

• 28 KRAFT Caramels
• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 6 cups KELLOGGS RICE KRISPIES cereal
• 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 2/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

1. Microwave caramels, butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
2. or until caramels are melted, stirring after 45 sec.
3. Add marshmallows; microwave 1 min.
4. or until melted, stirring after 45 sec.
5. Stir until blended.
6. Add cereal; mix well.
7. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Drizzle with chocolate; sprinkle with nuts.
9. Cool 30 min.
10. before cutting to serve.
