Taco Soup Recipe

  1. In large Dutch oven or possibly kettle, brown beef and onion.
  2. Drain any fat.
  3. Drain all the beans.
  4. Add in all ingredients except cheese and chips.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.
  6. I usually add in about 1 c. of water more to be more "soupy."
  7. Yield: about 10 servings.
