Banana Dessert Recipe

  1. Combine butter and flour as for pie crust; press into bottom of 13-in x 9-in.
  2. x 2-in.
  3. baking pan.
  4. bake at 350 for 8 min.
  5. Cold.
  6. Prepare filling by combining cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and half of whipped topping spreaad over cooled crust.
  7. Slice bananas over cream layer.
  8. Combine pudding mix with lowfat milk; beat with electric mixer on slow speed for 2 min.
  9. Pour over top of bananas.
  10. Spread remaining half of the whipped topping over all.
  11. Refrigeratetill serving time; chill leftovers.
  12. YIELD: 16 - 20 servings.
