Banana Dessert Recipe
- Crust
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour FILLING
- 1 x 8-os.pkg cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 x 12-ounce.ctn. whipped topping, divided
- 4 lrg bananas
- 2 x 3-ounce.Packages banana-flaroed instant pudding mix
- 3 c. chilled lowfat milk
- Combine butter and flour as for pie crust; press into bottom of 13-in x 9-in.

- baking pan.
- bake at 350 for 8 min.
- Cold.
- Prepare filling by combining cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and half of whipped topping spreaad over cooled crust.
- Slice bananas over cream layer.
- Combine pudding mix with lowfat milk; beat with electric mixer on slow speed for 2 min.
- Pour over top of bananas.
- Spread remaining half of the whipped topping over all.
- Refrigeratetill serving time; chill leftovers.
- YIELD: 16 - 20 servings.
