Slow-Cooker Spaghetti Bolognese
- 2 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 carrots, peeled, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Combine all ingredients except spaghetti, basil and cheese in slow cooker; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours).
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Serve topped with meat sauce, basil and cheese.
