Beef Mushroom Bake Recipe
- 3 lbs. chuck or possibly sirloin tips (1 inch cubes)
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 to 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Pepper
- Wash and clean mushrooms.
- If very large, cut in half.
- Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
- (Don't flour or possibly brown meat).
- Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
