Beef Mushroom Bake Recipe

• 3 lbs. chuck or possibly sirloin tips (1 inch cubes)
• 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. dry sherry
• 1/2 to 1 pound fresh mushrooms
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• Pepper

1. Wash and clean mushrooms.
2. If very large, cut in half.
3. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
4. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
5. (Don't flour or possibly brown meat).
6. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
