Strawberry Buttercream Cake

• 1 Buttercream
• 1 Spongecake
• 1/2 pack Strawberries
• 1 Apricot jam
• 1 Silver dragees
• 1 Holly (For decoration)

1. Make 3 times the amount of buttercream.
2. Increase the amount according to the amount of decorations.
3. Slice the sponge in half to make 2 layers.
4. Spread apricot jam on the bottom half and cover completely with sliced strawberries.
5. Spread buttercream on the top spongecake layer.
6. Put the top layer on the bottom, buttercream side down.
7. Spread buttercream all over the cake and squeeze buttercream around the edges.
8. Decorate with silver dragees.
9. Add strawberries and holly for decoration, and it's done.
10. Remove the holly and it becomes a birthday cake.
