Grandma Carrie's White Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 3/4 c. soft shortening - butter or possibly 1/2 butter & 1/2 butter
• 1 c. white sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Refrigeratedough before rolling and cutting with a cookie cutter.
2. Great for decorated Christmas cookies.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 min.
