Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins Recipe

• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 2 x Large eggs beaten
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 c. blueberries

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the buttermilk, Large eggs and oil.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt.
3. Make a well in the center and add in the buttermilk mix.
4. Mix till just moisten and mix in the blueberries.
5. Pour into the greased muffin tins.
6. Bake at 400 F for 24 min.
