Ham & Cheese Pastry Puffs

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine ham and cheese.
  3. Unfold pastry sheet on cutting board; cut into 9 squares.
  4. Make 2 L-shaped cuts in each square, making cuts opposite from each other and 1/2 inch from edges of square.
  5. Lift loose outer corners of each square and bring through cuts to opposite sides of square; press edges together to seal.
  6. Place on baking sheet; brush with egg.
  7. Prick centers with fork.
  8. Bake 10 min.
  9. Remove from oven; gently press down any puffed centers with back of spatula.
  10. Spread with mustard; fill with ham mixture.
  11. Bake 7 to 8 min.
  12. or until golden brown.
  13. Sprinkle with onions.
