Lime-Ginger Panko Crumb-Crusted Fish

  1. Mix all ingredients except fish, mustard and Citrus-Ginger Sauce.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Place fish in single layer in lightly oiled full-sheet pan (or in oiled half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
  4. Spread each with 2 tsp.
  5. of the mustard, then top with 3 Tbsp.
  6. of the bread crumb mixture.
  7. Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is lightly browned.
  9. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  10. Citrus-Ginger Sauce.
