Hot Ham and Cheese Pinwheels
- 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls, uncooked
- 14 lb ham (I use smoked deli ham)
- 4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Garden Vegetable
- 24 fresh spinach leaves
- Unfold croissant rolls so you have two connected to each other making a square.
- You should end up with 4 of these.
- Spread cream cheese over the croissants.
- Place 6 spinach leaves each on top of cream cheese.
- Divide ham amongst the croissants and lay flat on top of spinach.
- Roll crossant with the layers and then cut into pinwheels.
- Bake according to the directions on your croissant container.
- Every brand varies with time and temperature.
- I usually cut time in half and then add minutes if I need to so they do not burn.
