Ice Cream Sundae, Gobbi Restaurant Style

• 1 slice pineapple slices in juice
• 1 scoop pineapple ice cream
• whipped cream
• 14 cup bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoon Kahlua

1. Center the ice cream on the pineapple slice in a coupe dish and top with a generous serving of whipped cream.
2. Cover with the chocolate and the walnuts.
3. Pour the Kahlua over the top.
