Classic Swiss Chard
- 1 bunch swiss chard, washed and chopped onto large pieces with hard stems removed
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts (more or less to taste)
- 14 cup crumbled feta (more or less to taste, can also use fat-free)
- 1 dash olive oil
- Toast pine nuts in frying pan.
- When they are toasted dump them into a dish to keep for now and add swiss chard.
- Add a bit of olive oil and stir-fry until lightly wilted (wilted to your taste - may be more or less).
- Once wilted add pine nuts back in and add feta.
- Serve warm.
