Classic Swiss Chard

  1. Toast pine nuts in frying pan.
  2. When they are toasted dump them into a dish to keep for now and add swiss chard.
  3. Add a bit of olive oil and stir-fry until lightly wilted (wilted to your taste - may be more or less).
  4. Once wilted add pine nuts back in and add feta.
  5. Serve warm.
