Brenda's Pasta Salad
- 1 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz perline mozzarella (balls)
- 2 tbsp onion, diced
- 1 tbsp black olives, chopped
- 1 salt & pepper (to taste)
- 8 oz tri-color farfalle pasta
- 1 1/2 tbsp chipotle mayo
- 1 1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Perfect Pinch basil & garlic (or to taste)
- Boil pasta to al-dente for about 8-10 minutes.
- Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add all vegetables, cheese & onions to serving bowl.
- Toss with dressing mix.
- Toss in pasta and salt & pepper to taste.
- You may also add additional basil & garlic seasoning if preferred.
- Serve cold.
