Apple Soup

  1. Peel, core, & quarter apples.
  2. Place in 3 quart saucepan w/water, sugar, lemon juice.
  3. Cook over low heat until soft & falling apart (approx.
  4. 30 to 40 mins.
  5. ).
  6. Mash w/potato masher.
  7. Add more water as needed.
  8. Add whipping cream & milk to desired.
