Fresh Asparagus and Tomato Sauce for Pasta

  1. Saute the onion in olive oil with garlic and asparagus tips; cover pan; saute slowly, do not brown.
  2. Add fresh tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
  4. Boil pasta and pour sauce over pasta and mix well.
  5. Add more parsley and hot pepper flakes.
