Tandoori Baguettes
- 8 chicken breast tenders
- 2 tablespoons Greek natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori paste
- 4 baguettes or ciabatta rolls, halved
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- mixed lettuce leaves, to serve
- cucumber slices, to serve
- sliced red onion, to serve
- coriander leaves, to serve
- Marinate chicken in the combined yoghurt and paste for 1-2 hours.
- Grill or BBQ the chicken for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
- Spread the baguette bases with 2/3 of the mayonnaise, top with the lettuce, cucumber slices, red onion and tandoori chicken.
- Lightly drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise and garnish with coriander.
- Top with remaining roll half and serve immediately.
