Tandoori Baguettes

  1. Marinate chicken in the combined yoghurt and paste for 1-2 hours.
  2. Grill or BBQ the chicken for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  4. Spread the baguette bases with 2/3 of the mayonnaise, top with the lettuce, cucumber slices, red onion and tandoori chicken.
  5. Lightly drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise and garnish with coriander.
  6. Top with remaining roll half and serve immediately.
