Nescafe layered pie

  1. in bowl make dream whip according to package.
  2. mix in can of thick cream.
  3. add one spoon of the nescafe and mix for a good 5 minutes until all the nescafe pieces dissolved.
  4. Taste it should taste like mocha.
  5. if u want more add the other spoon and mix again.If there is too much nescafe it will give a bitter flavor.
  6. the consistency should be a little thicker then cool whip and less than pudding.
  7. If needed add more milk to thin out.
  8. This will get a little thicker in the fridge.
  9. now mix tablespoon of nescafe and mix in a bowl of cold water.
  10. now quickly dip one cookie at a time into cold coffee mixture make sure it gets soaked but don't leave it in too long because it will fall apart.
  11. layer on the bottom of pan.
  12. Make sure to cover all the spaces by breaking cookies in half or so to cover them.
  13. add a layer of the cream.
  14. not to thick or thin.
  15. then layer dipped cookies again making sure to fill in all gaps.
  16. I usually do 3 layers.
  17. u can do as much as u like.
  18. Last layer being cream.
  19. Cover and put in fridge overnight.
  20. Before serving top with Hershey's almond toffee bits or u can make ur own...
