Nescafe layered pie
- 2 envelope of dream whip
- 1 cup of milk to make dream whip
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can of thick cream
- 1/2 cup of milk to add to mixture if it's too thick
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of nescafe. Depending on how strong u want the flavor
- 1 bowl of cold water
- 1 tbsp nescafe
- 1 packages Hershey's almond toffee bits or homemade crushed toffee
- 1 cheesecake pan
- 3 to 5 large packages of marie cookies depending on how many layers (not digestive)
- in bowl make dream whip according to package.
- mix in can of thick cream.
- add one spoon of the nescafe and mix for a good 5 minutes until all the nescafe pieces dissolved.
- Taste it should taste like mocha.
- if u want more add the other spoon and mix again. If there is too much nescafe it will give a bitter flavor.
- the consistency should be a little thicker then cool whip and less than pudding.
- If needed add more milk to thin out.
- This will get a little thicker in the fridge.
- now mix tablespoon of nescafe and mix in a bowl of cold water.
- now quickly dip one cookie at a time into cold coffee mixture make sure it gets soaked but don't leave it in too long because it will fall apart.
- layer on the bottom of pan.
- Make sure to cover all the spaces by breaking cookies in half or so to cover them.
- add a layer of the cream.
- not to thick or thin.
- then layer dipped cookies again making sure to fill in all gaps.
- I usually do 3 layers.
- u can do as much as u like.
- Last layer being cream.
- Cover and put in fridge overnight.
- Before serving top with Hershey's almond toffee bits or u can make ur own...
- ENJOY:)
