Yuca con Mojo

  1. Combine parsley, garlic, lime juice, and extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
  2. This is your mojo sauce.
  3. In a large pot with oil heated to at least 350 degrees, fry yuca until golden brown season with salt and pepper when hot.
  4. Serve yuca with the mojo sauce on top.
