Potato Soup by Bill
- 15 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 large sweet onions
- 8 ounces condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 32 ounces vegetable broth
- 3 leeks, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1 small ham hock
- Peel 1/2 of the potatos.
- dice all of the potatos.
- put everything in your crock pot.
- Mix everything together in your crock pot.
- Dice Leeks and add.
- Set crock pot on high for 1 hr.
- set crock pot on low and cool for at least 8 hours.
- Add white cheese just before you serve.
