Cheesy Au Gratin Potato & Ham Frittata
- 1 pkg. (10.23 oz.) VELVEETA Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
- 2 cups chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
- 1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Use large skillet to prepare Potatoes following Basic Directions-Top of Stove, adding ham, peppers, onions and garlic along with the Seasoned Potatoes.
- Add Cheese Sauce; stir gently until blended.
- Stir in eggs; cook until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
